Emma is a beautiful 2-bedroomed apartment sleeping 6/7 on the first floor of a residential building called Residence de la Plagne, situated approx 2km from the Morzine Tourist Office. The apartment has recently been entirely refitted with brand new furniture and redecorated in attractive pastel colours, and great attention to detail has been paid by the owners in order to make it a comfortable holiday apartment for both winter skiing and summer holidays. There is a free Navette ski bus which stops outside the building every 20 minutes during skiing time (8.30 am - 5.30 pm), the nearest supermarket is approx 1.4km. There is a boulangerie about 150m from the apartment. There is a parking space for one car.

The apartment was built in the 1970's and therefore has enormous windows and plenty of light. There are mechanical drop-down shutters as well as Roman blinds in every room. There is also plenty of storage space for your luggage and clothes. The bedrooms are carpeted and the rest of the apartment has light-coloured wooden flooring. The kitchen has been totally refitted. There is a washer / dryer, an electric oven with 4 rings and grill, a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster. There is a "breakfast bar" with 3 stools. A door opens out onto a small rear balcony where clothes can also be dried.

Opposite the kitchen, to the right of the front door, is the living / dining room. It has a beech-effect dining table with 6 chairs, 2 black leather sofas, a coffee table, a TV, DVD player and CD/Radio. There are double doors leading out onto the front balcony, which has balcony furniture. The view overlooks lawns and trees, and a lower residential building, to the Super Morzine mountain. The hallway leads to bedroom 2, which has 2 sets of bunk beds (large metal-framed types) and an en suite shower room with hand basin.

The main bathroom has a bath, with shower attachment and glass shower door, electric rowel rails. A separate WC is next to it, with a small hand basin. The double bedroom, with coloured wood paneling, has bedside tables, a large pine wardrobe, and doors out onto the balcony.

There is also an extra folding bed and travel cot should they be needed. In the basement there is a large locking boot room with space for skis, boots and mountain bikes. The price for the apartment includes linen, all charges and local tax, and the services of a local representative to welcome you and check you out.
