Flying into Geneva

Many of the budget operators have regular routes from all over the UK in Geneva Airport. Flying time from the UK is around 1 hr 15 minutes depending on your departure airport.

Getting from Geneva to Apartment Emma

Car hire is readily available from one of the many operators at Geneva airport; the drive from Geneva to Morzine is very easy and takes a little over an hour. Alternatively, you can pre-book a mini bus, or take a taxi to take, direct to the apartment. There is also a bus service from Geneva airport into Morzine from where it is a short taxi ride to the apartment. We will send further details when we receive your booking.

Morzine - BY ROAD

The total car journey is only a few hours longer than going by air once you add in driving to and from airports in both countries and you can take a lot more with you!

The actual driving time from Calais to Morzine is around 10 hours allowing for breaks. Most of the journey, with the exception of the last 20 miles, is on the excellent French motorway system and only entails three road changes so is very easy. From our UK base in South Lincolnshire we regularly make the entire journey including ferry crossing in 12 hours. If you want to break the trip up, we would recommend an overnight stop in Djion.

The journey can be made in a day, although if you did wish to break your journey, there are numerous forms of accommodation to suit all pockets, very close to the motorway.
