Swimming Pool and facilities
Morzine boasts an Olympic sized outside swimming pool,with adjoining children's pool and a separate play pool for the young ones. There is also a water slide and plunge pool. Around the pool area there are extensive gardens and picnic areas.
Mountain Biking
The Porte du Soleil region of Morzine is famous for mountain biking. There is a permanent downhill course and numerous trails for all ability levels.The trails can be accessed from the ski lifts. Major downhill events are held each summer. Quality bikes can be hired locally.
Walking and Hiking
With or without guides, easy to strenuous in some of the most spectacular scenery in the alps. |

Canyoning
A great adventure for all the family. Abseil,slide and jump your way down a gorge and waterfalls and plunge into rockpools.
White Water Rafting
The River Dranse offers a truly fabulous white water trip - hard paddling, rough water, big waves, swirling eddies, dodging rocks and rapid descents.
Paragliding
Morzine is renowned for paragliding and major events are often held here. You can join a course at the 'parapente' school in Morzine and learn to fly yourself or take a 25 minute flight with an instructor. |

Golf
From May to October the Haute-Savoie Alps are a golfer's paradise. Superb golf courses set amidst some of the most beautiful and spectacular scenery in Europe.The two local courses are at Les Gets and Avoriaz. There are also courses at Chamonix, Flaine, Megeve and the Royal Club at Evian, which overlooks Lake Geneva and is one of the finest clubs in France.
